Today, we received a message saying Lt Kol SBH Ottevaere Serge has passed away. Serge, our former pistol coach and later Chief of Mission, died of cancer, which was diagnosed in Aug 2009. Two surgical operations, followed by chemo treatments, could not save him. End of Sep 2010, doctors were out of solutions, ... unfortunatly.The Belgian sport shooting community hereby loses a big man, a huge monument.
The funeral takes place on Tuesday, Dec 21st in DEERLIJK at 1030 Hr.
